Swedish Therapeutic Massage (1 hour) This method of massage is based on classic European massage techniques and helps soothe and relax tired muscles and balances circulation. The Swedish Therapeutic Massage illicits a feeling of well being and relaxation. Pressure can range from very light to medium.
Therapeutic Deep Tissue
Massage (1 hour) A more intensive version of the Swedish Massage, the Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage will alleviate muscle discomfort and tightness and is recommended for overall muscle fatigue. Sampler Massage (1 hour) This is an excellent choice for a person who wishes to enjoy various types of body massage. The Sampler Massage combines various therapies to increase circulation, relaxation and enhance well being. Sports Massage (1 hour )
Back, Shoulder and Neck Therapeutic Massage (30 minutes) This treatment is recommended when you fell over-exercised and are experiencing sore, stiff back muscles. Swedish Massage techniques are concentrated on the back, shoulders and neck. Anti-Stress Aromatherapy Massage (1 hour) Fragrant blends are applied to the body to relax and imbue the nervous system with feelings of calm and well being. This light rhythmic massage relieves stress, relaxes muscles, calms the nerves and promotes circulation. Hands & Feet Reflexology (1 hour ) This is a very relaxing treatment that can affect all areas of the body and internal organs by triggering the reflex points in the feet. A great alternative for the person who should not receive a Swedish Massage. There are no know contraindications for reflexology. Additional paraffin treatment available.
